Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy on non-personalized items. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number.
All returns will be shipped back to GME Paper Products. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, no prepaid shipping labels will be provided. Shipping costs at the time of placing the order are non refundable.Â
To start a return, you can contact us at gmepaperproducts@gmail.com. All returns must be approved prior to mailing the items.Â
Packages lost due to an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address are not eligible for refund.
Damaged Items
Although rare, packages may be delivered in damaged condition. To receive a replacement on your order, please submit the following in an email to gmepaperproducts@gmail.com
- Order Number
- A detailed list of the damaged item(s) including quantities
- Detailed description of the damage
- The following photographs:
- A photograph of the entire damaged product and clearly show each product package.
- A photograph of each side and bottom of the shipping box
- A photograph of the top of the shipping box with shipping label clearly legible
- A photograph of any damaged areas on the shipping box
- A photograph of the inside of the box including packing materialsÂ
- Each photo must be attached to the email as individual photo. Please do not embed into any other document.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Â Any item that has personalized printing, (ie cards, envelopes with return address printing, personalized tags, etc.)
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and process the refund accordingly.Â
